1. Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We deliver Pan India. Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners and typically arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
2. Are the products genuine and original?
Absolutely. We stock only authentic products from brands like OMNI, Taparia, IML, and other reputed manufacturers. All products are tested for quality before dispatch.
3. What is your return/refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Do you offer bulk pricing for workshops?

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website. You can also use the Track Your Order link in our navigation menu.

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
